Timings

When tickets are on sale, they will be available initially to deferred Season Ticket holders for an excluive priority booking window, followed by Exile Nation Members. After that, any remaining tickets will be put on general sale.

Away games

Tickets for away fixtures must be purchased directly through the home club.

Car parking

Parking at nearby sites to the Brentford Community Stadium will be available to book through the club's parking partner EST. Parking must be pre-booked. More information will be available when games are on sale.

Tickets

All tickets will be issued as mobile tickets by default. The tickets will be emailed to you once your booking is complete and you can add to your phone passbook wallet. More information on tickets can be found here.

Stadium layout

If fixtures become available for supporters to attend, it is likely that there will be a limit to the amount of supporters permitted and a requirement for social distancing. The blocks on sale will be dependent on the capacity allowed - more information will be communicated as and when fixtures go on sale.

Where are disabled seats situated?

The seating areas for disabled supporters are in the following areas:

Block S102 (South Stand)
Blocks W135, W134 and W133 (West Stand), E112, E113, E115 (East Stand)
Block W136 (West Stand), Block E111 (East Stand), Block E116 (East Stand), Block N127 (North Stand)
Block W136, Block E111 (East Stand), Block N120 (North Stand)
Block W131 (North West Corner), and Block E117 (North East Corner)

Who qualifies for a disabled ticket?

The following categories:

  • Middle or Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • Attendance Allowance (AA)
  • Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA)
  • War Disabled Pension
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI 2003)
  • Enhanced Rate PIP for the Daily Living Component, or Standard or Mobility Component
