Michael Dykes has been involved with the club since the age of 13, coming through the club's DPP programme.
Dykes has represented Berkshire at county level and is most comfortable on the wing, also winning the Berkshire Cup in three consecutive years with Maidenhead RFC.
He was a part of the St Paul's AASE winning team in the 2019/20 season.
The winger made his first start for the Exiles in the 2021/22 season, featured in a young team including Academy products like Henry Arundell and Will Joseph away to Leicester Tigers in the Premiership Rugby Cup.
