Eddie Poolman competed for the Sydney University in the last two editions of the New South Wales Shute Shield before signing for London Irish in early 2023.
He aided in helping the outfit to a 33rd Sydney Rugby Premiership title in 2022.
The 6-foot-tall centre began his rugby career with Hunters Hill Rugby Club, one of the oldest rugby Clubs in Australia, before progressing to regional honours to represent New South Wales Schoolboys side.
