London Irish Supporter Village

Head to the London Irish Supporter Village outside the Megastore before the game, where there will be entertainment, face painting, giveaways, player appearances and more!

This season we are excited to be offering supporters the chance to showcase their talents in the Supporter Village before the match. From 1.30pm to 2pm, we will be opening the floor for budding performers to show off their skills - be it singing, dancing, stand up comedy, juggling, playing an instrument, acrobatics... anything!

Digger's Dugout

Digger’s Dugout will be in the North Stand concourse with a bouncy castle and games for our junior Exiles.

Half-time Poo Ball Challenge

 

The Poo Ball Challenge is  back at half-time when our competitiors will race each other across the pitch pushing giant rugby balls.

Club Room

Make sure to head to the Club Room after the game where we will have interviews with Les Kiss, George Skivington and the Man of the Match. There'll also be live music from Gavin Hayes and you can enjoy a Paddy Irish Whiskey Coffee!

The Club Room is for members only, and each member can bring in a guest.

Megastore

The Megastore will be open from 10am until 45 minutes after the final whistle. The 2018/19 home replica shirts will be in store to purchase as well as a brand new leisurewear range including mens and ladies t-shirts, hoodies and beanies.


Programme

The Official London Irish programme will be on sale for £3 from the programme sellers outside the Megastore and Gates 1 and 4. This edition features an interview with Brendan Macken.

The Jazz Cafe

The Jazz Cafe in the East Stand will be open before the game from 12.30pm, at half-time and for an hour after the game.

Food and drink

There are a number of kiosks in the West Stand concourses selling a range of food and drink options including pies, hot dogs, gourmet burgers, pizza and soup, as well as crisps, chocolate bars and sweets.

A selection of hot drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are also available from the concourse kiosks including draught bitter, cider and Guinness and bottles of craft lager and real ale.

Travel

By car:

Parking is £10 at the stadium subject to availability. You can pre-book car parking through the ticket office by calling 0118 968 1016 or online at www.lidirect.co.uk up to 3pm on Wednesday 19 September.

The Mereoak park & ride is situated just south of junction 11 of the M4, take the A33 towards Basingstoke and follow the signs for the park & ride site. The post code is RG7 1PB.

For Sunday games, please note the Park & Ride operates one bus per hour and will stop at the Costco bus stop at the roundabout at the bottom of the entrance to the stadium.

The Madejski Stadium can be approached from the A33 Reading Relief Road which links to the M4 Motorway. Exit the M4 at Junction 11 heading for Reading on the A33. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd left onto the Reading Relief Road, passing the Stadium on your left. At the next roundabout (past McDonalds) take the first left onto Northern Way and follow signs to car parks. Click here for a map.

Please leave extra time for your journey because of roadworks around the stadium and on the M4.

By rail:

Reading Buses operate a frequent R1 service between the Southwest Interchange bus station by Reading Station and the Madejski Stadium on match days.

Buses depart from the Southwest Interchange up to 3 hours before kick-off and work as a frequent service until roughly 20 minutes before kick-off. 

Returning from the Madejski, services depart from Northern Way after full-time and operate for around two and a half hours until 7.15pm.

Security

Please be aware that stewards will be carrying out bag checks on entry to the stadium. We encourage you to only bring a bag if necessary and to leave extra time to enter the stadium. Please note that alcohol is  not  permitted to be brought into the stadium.
