Ahead of London Irish’s Christmas party fixture against Bath at the Madejski Stadium on Sunday 22 December, a group of Exiles’ players took over the Christmas shop in the John Lewis & Partners store in Reading on Saturday 7 December.

Jack Belcher, Rory Brand, Max Northcote-Green and Séan O’Brien, along with Digger the mascot, were at the department store to meet supporters, sign merchandise and gather support for the club’s next Gallagher Premiership outing against Bath.

Customers at John Lewis & Partners were able to take advantage of an exclusive half price ticket offer for the Christmas fixture, as well as enter a competition for the chance to win a private hospitality box for them and nine friends, including food and drink, player visits and a signed shirt. There’s still time to enter the competition online, click here for more information.

For those doing some Christmas shopping over the weekend, a selection of London Irish rugby balls, Digger soft toys and Exiles’ Christmas hats were available to purchase and get signed by the player, making the perfect Christmas gift!

The festivities will continue on Sunday 22 December at the Madejski Stadium with live music from the BibleCode Sundays, dodgems, inflatables including a rodeo reindeer, Santa and his sleigh, mulled wine, free mince pies and so much more!

It will be a day full of fun and festive activities either side of a thrilling game of rugby - you’re not going to want to miss this one. Tickets for the game start from £32 for adults and £9 for kids, with family tickets for just £54 including two adult and two concession tickets.
