We’re back at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday 16 December for the return of European rugby and there’ll be lots of festive fun to enjoy! With under 13s just £1 throughout the stadium and adults from £18, it’s a great day out for the whole family to get into the Christmas spirit. And after our 7-44 away win at Stade Français in October, we’ll be hoping to do the double!

Santa and his reindeer!
We’ll be welcoming some special guests to the Madejski on Saturday as Santa will be there with his sleigh and his reindeer outside the North Stand. You’ll be able to feed the reindeer and have your photo taken with them too!
The Craic is Back
The Craic is back at the Madejski Stadium on Sunday in the North Stand from 1.30pm, where the BibleCode Sundays will be performing before the match and Ruairi MacManus will be performing after the match. Pete will also be talking to some of the players on stage along with awarding the Man of the Match Award.
Rodeo Reindeer
As well as real life reindeer, we’ve got a Rodeo Reindeer for you to test yourself on in The Craic! The person who holds on the longest will win four St Patrick’s Party game tickets so challenge your friends and family to see who can be the rodeo champion!
Calendar signing
Head to the Club Shop for 2pm to pick up an Official 2018 London Irish calendar and get it signed by some of the players featured in the photos!
Junior Members’ Christmas Party
We will be throwing a Christmas party for our Junior Members in the Windsor Lounge before the game, with entertainment, face painting and refreshments. If you plan to attend, please RSVP with your child’s name and Membership number to [email protected] by midnight on Wednesday 13 December to ensure they receive a goody bag and clap banner!

Get into the festive spirit and dig out your Christmas jumpers - there’ll be a prize for the best (or worst!) one!
The Jazz Cafe
The Jazz Cafe in the East Stand will be open before the game from 12.30pm, at half-time and for an hour after the game.
Live music
To get your toes tapping in the lead up to the game Ronan MacManus will be performing on the pitch before kick-off.
Half-time
We've got a special Christmas edition of the Poo Ball challenge to keep you entertained at half-time. The winner will get the chance to win a great prize from our London Irish Lucky Prize Board.
Club Shop
Head to the Megastore to browse our Christmas gifts, replica kit, training range and leisure wear, including our new winter range to keep you warm this winter. We've got everything from hats and coats, to scarves and wraps!
Fan Radios
Offering you access to the referee's mic throughout the match, the radios are just £10 and can be used at every Premiership club ground throughout the season. They will be on sale in the Megastore and at the programme selling points. The radios will also give you access to live match commentary during Aviva Premiership games. The batteries are replaceable, and they even double up as an FM radio!
Programme
The Official London Irish programme will be on sale for £4 from the programme sellers outside the Megastore and Gates 1, 7 & 8. This week features an interview with Conor Gilsenan.
FOOD AND DRINK
Concourse:
There are a number of kiosks in the East Stand, Lower West Stand and Upper West Stand concourses selling a range of food and drink options including pies, hot dogs, gourmet burgers, pizza and soup, as well as crisps, chocolate bars and sweets.
A selection of hot drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are also available from the concourse kiosks including draught bitter, cider and Guinness and bottles of craft lager and real ale.
And there are a number of meal deals:

Fanzone
For more refreshment options head to the Fanzone outside the East Stand where you’ll find the Yo Beef Burger stall selling a selection of deluxe burgers, bacon rolls, hot dogs and steakhouse chips and the Oinker Hog Roast stall offering roast pork rolls & baguettes and steakhouse chips. You’ll also find the Piglets Pie Cart selling sausage rolls, pies and chips and the Heineken bar and Real Ale truck selling Good Old Boy bitter.
TRAVEL
By car:
Parking is £10 at the stadium subject to availability. The Mereoak Park & Ride will be operating, for more information visit http://www.reading-buses.co.uk/park-and-ride/
The Madejski Stadium can be approached from the A33 Reading Relief Road which links to the M4 Motorway. Exit the M4 at Junction 11 heading for Reading on the A33. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd left onto the Reading Relief Road, passing the Stadium on your left. At the next roundabout (past McDonalds) take the first left onto Northern Way and follow signs to car parks. Click here for a map.
Please leave extra time for your journey because of roadworks around the stadium and on the M4.
By rail:
Reading Buses operate a frequent R1 service between the Southwest Interchange bus station by Reading Station and the Madejski Stadium on match days.
Buses depart from the Southwest Interchange up to 3 hours before kick-off and work as a frequent service until roughly 20 minutes before kick-off.
Returning from the Madejski, services depart from Northern Way after full-time and operate for around two and a half hours until 7.15pm.

Security
Please be aware that stewards will be carrying out bag checks on entry to the stadium. We encourage you to only bring a bag if necessary and to leave extra time to enter the stadium. Please note that alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the stadium.
