The long summer wait is finally over as the Exiles are back at the Brentford Community Stadium on Sunday 26th September for the first home outing of the 2021/22 campaign. Here’s all you need to know ahead of the day!


  • Parking is available to book through the Club’s parking partner, EST, at Chiswick Business Park (£15) or the Citroen site on Capital Interchange Way (£20). Parking must be booked in advance by clicking here.

  • A Park & Ride service is operating from Mereoak, Reading Station and Hazelwood for £10.50 per person. The deadline to book from Mereoak or Reading Station is midday on Tuesday 21st September. Book here.

  • There will be no District Line or London Overground services to Gunnersbury station due to planned engineering works. Rail replacement services will be operating. District Line services will still be running to Chiswick Park and Acton Town stations. There will also be no trains operating out of London Paddington on the day.   • If you require a taxi to get you to the ground from somewhere in West London, London Irish supporters can get a 5% discount through our taxi partner Skyex by quoting London Irish when calling to book on 020 8578 1111.

  • Please note that there is a full weekend closure on the M4 between junctions 6 and 8/9. If you are driving, please plan an alternative route in advance and allow extra time.


  • Head to the Family Area in the North West concourse for face painting and balloon modelling. Please still enter through the Gate listed on your ticket, you will be able to move between stands within the concourse.

  • For the first two home fixtures, the merchandise store will be situated in a temporary pop-up unit on the West side of the stadium adjacent to Lionel Road. The store will be open from 12.30pm until 45 minutes following the final whistle, and will include a selection of official training wear and leisurewear as well as hats, scarves, gifts and souvenirs.
    Please note, this facility will not be able to offer exchanges or refunds from online purchases as this unit is operated in isolation by our colleagues from Brentford Football Club.

  • Grab a drink or bite to eat from one of the concourse kiosks. All four stands contain both Fitzy’s Kitchen and Four Province’s Bars, which contain the following items:

Please note the Brentford Community Stadium is a cashless stadium and only contactless payments will be accepted.

  • The London Irish Amateur Mini and Youth members will be doing a parade around the pitch before the game – be sure to give them a cheer!

  • Paul Bowen will be leading the traditional rendition of Fields of Athenry in the build up to kick-off, so make sure you’re in your seats in plenty of time

  • Physical match day programmes are back, and will be on sale for £4 at various points in and around the stadium before the game.


  • Fan favourite Blair Cowan, who made 153 appearances for London Irish, will be at the game for a chance to say goodbye to supporters before he departs to Japan. Joe will be catching up with him at half-time.

  • Paul Bowen will be back on the guitar at half-time to get your toes tapping at the break!


  • Under current PGB guidelines, players are unfortunately not allowed to interact with supporters within close range. This includes signing autographs, taking people’s phones for selfies and getting within two metres distance. While these restrictions are in place, we ask that you please respect these rules and do not put players in a difficult situation by asking for autographs and selfies or calling them over at the end of the game. Once the restrictions are lifted, the squad will be delighted to go back to interacting with you, once it is deemed safe to do so.

  • Post-match entertainment is back! Head to the Dugout bar after the game where there will be live music and a Q&A. Unfortunately, those within the Red Zone (e.g. all match squad and coaches) are unable to take part in the Q&A under current guidelines, so for the time being the Q&A will be with non-match squad players. The match squad are also not allowed to be within the Dugout bar after the game.
    To access the Dugout bar, supporters will need to leave the stadium via their closest exit and make their way to Gate B. Access to the Dugout bar is subject to capacity and on a first come first served basis. Supporters in the Platinum areas have direct access to the Dugout bar from their seats.
