With back-to-back home games there's not long to wait until London Irish are back at the Madejski Stadium, with Bedford Blues the visitors on Sunday 25 November for Round 3 of the Championship Cup. The last meeting of the two sides in September saw Irish secure a bonus-point victory and they will be looking for a repeat performance whilst the Blues will be looking to make things even. There'll be lots going on at the game and it promises to be a full day of entertainment for the whole family so get your tickets booked, get behind the boys and enjoy a cracking day out with London Irish!

Pantomime

We’ll be getting into the festive spirit early as the UK’s leading party entertainers Chaplins will be here with their pantomime performance of Cinderella, taking place in the Club Room before the game. Entry is FREE to anyone with a match ticket so get here early and make it a full day of entertainment!

Megastore

The Megastore will be open from 10am until 45 minutes after the final whistle. London Irish will donate £4 to the Movember Foundation for every replica shirt sold during the month of November. Replica shirts can be purchased at the Megastore on game day or online here: www.londonirishshop.com/product-category/official-kit 

Player signing session & free face painting

There will be a player signing session in the Megastore at 1.45pm as well as free face painting before the game.

Movember 

We are delighted to welcome The Movember Foundation to the game.  The Movember Foundation raises money and awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention, with all money raised going towards game-changing projects that encourages men to become more aware of their health, talk more with friends and be more active in improving their health and wellbeing.

The Poo Ball Challenge is back at half-time when our competitors will race each other across the pitch pushing giant rugby balls!

Club Room

Make sure to head to the Club Room after the game where we will have interviews with Declan Kidney, Les Kiss and the Man of the Match. There'll also be live music from Ronan MacManus and you can enjoy a Paddy Irish Whiskey Coffee! The Club Room is for members only, and each member can bring in a guest.

Programme

The Official London Irish programme will be on sale for £3 from the programme sellers outside the Megastore and Gates 1 and 4.

Food and drink

There are a number of kiosks in the West Stand concourses selling a range of food and drink options including pies, hot dogs, gourmet burgers, pizza and soup, as well as crisps, chocolate bars and sweets.

A selection of hot drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are also available from the concourse kiosks including draught bitter, cider and Guinness and bottles of craft lager and real ale.

Travel

By car:

Parking is £10 at the stadium subject to availability. You can pre-book car parking through the ticket office by calling 0118 968 1016 or online at ticketing.londonirish.net up to 3pm on Wednesday 21 November.

The Mereoak park & ride is situated just south of junction 11 of the M4, take the A33 towards Basingstoke and follow the signs for the park & ride site. The post code is RG7 1PB.

For Sunday games, please note the Park & Ride operates one bus per hour and will stop at the Costco bus stop at the roundabout at the bottom of the entrance to the stadium.

The Madejski Stadium can be approached from the A33 Reading Relief Road which links to the M4 Motorway. Exit the M4 at Junction 11 heading for Reading on the A33. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd left onto the Reading Relief Road, passing the Stadium on your left. At the next roundabout (past McDonalds) take the first left onto Northern Way and follow signs to car parks. Click here for a map.

By rail:

Reading Buses operate a frequent R1 service between the Southwest Interchange bus station by Reading Station and the Madejski Stadium on match days.

Buses depart from the Southwest Interchange up to 3 hours before kick-off and work as a frequent service until roughly 20 minutes before kick-off. 

Returning from the Madejski, services depart from Northern Way after full-time and operate for around two and a half hours until 7.15pm.

Security

Please be aware that stewards will be carrying out bag checks on entry to the stadium. We encourage you to only bring a bag if necessary and to leave extra time to enter the stadium. Please note that alcohol is  not permitted to be brought into the stadium.
