WHAT’S ON: London Irish v Newcastle Falcons, Saturday 30 December (kick-off 3pm)
We’ll be seeing out the year in style at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday 30 December as we take on Newcastle Falcons in the Aviva Premiership (kick-off 3pm).
The perfect excuse to get out of the house after the Christmas period, we'll be getting you in the party mood with a Disco Dome and half-time crowd karaoke, and thousands of you will be in with the chance of winning a prize with our biggest half-time competition ever!
The game will see London Irish's biggest crowd of the season so far with over 9,000 people set to be at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday.
Tickets
Tickets are available from £3 for under 13s and £23 for adults if you book in advance by calling the Ticket Office on 0118 968 1016 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to noon) or online at www.lidirect.co.uk.
The Ticket Office will be closed from 24 to 26 December and open as normal from 27 to 29 December. The last posting date for the Newcastle game is 3pm on Thursday 28 December.

Members Christmas tickets
As our Christmas gift to our Members, all Members are entitled to four free tickets for the Newcastle Falcons game on top of the two that you received as part of your Membership package which must be redeemed before 31 December 2017 making the Newcastle Falcons game the last opportunity to do so. Please call the Ticket Office before 5pm on the Friday before the game on 0118 968 1016 (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am until noon) to claim these Christmas Member tickets.
Please note, these tickets cannot be claimed on match day and must be booked in advance.

Disco Dome
To get you in the party mood ahead of New Year’s Eve, we’ve got an inflatable Disco Dome in the North Stand! Be sure to have a go on the large bouncy castle dome with a built in sound system and disco lights. It’s not just for the kids, adults are welcome too!
Player signing session
Members of our senior squad will be in the Megastore at 2pm to meet supporters and sign autographs. The players love to get to know supporters so come and say hi - and don't forget to bring something to get signed!
Live music
To get your toes tapping in the lead up to the game Paul Bowen will be performing on the pitch before kick-off.
Half-time
We’ll be getting you singing at half-time with some crowd karaoke. It will be the East Stand v the West Stand and be sure to give it your all as every single person on the winning side will win a prize!
Club Shop
Head to the Megastore to browse our replica kit, training range and leisure wear - there’s something for everyone!
Fan Radios
Offering you access to live commentary throughout the match as well as the chance to listen to the referee's mic, the radios are just £10 and can be used at every Premiership club ground throughout the season. The batteries are replaceable, and they even double up as an FM radio! They will be sold by the London Irish Supporters Club outside hospitality reception and in the Club Shop.
Programme
The Official London Irish programme will be on sale for £4 from the programme sellers outside the Megastore and Gates 1, 7 & 8. This game’s programme features an interview with Franco Van Der Merwe.
Big Screen
Do you have a special occasion coming up? If you would like a message to be shown on the big screen during half-time, please email your message to [email protected] by midnight on Wednesday 27 December.
Club Room
The Club Room in the Princess Suite will be open as usual after the game with live music from Paul Bowen. The Man of the Match award will also be presented in the Club Room approximately 40 minutes after the final whistle and there will be a player Q&A.
Food and Drink
Early Bird food and drink offer
We will be running an Early Bird food and drink offer in the Windsor Lounge before the match. You'll be able to purchase a hot meal with a pint of beer, glass of wine or a soft drink for just £8.50 between noon and 1pm. All the more reason to get to the MadStad early, enjoy the craic and make a day of it!
Concourse:
There are a number of kiosks in the East Stand, Lower West Stand and Upper West Stand concourses selling a range of food and drink options including pies, hot dogs, gourmet burgers, pizza and soup, as well as crisps, chocolate bars and sweets.
A selection of hot drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are also available from the concourse kiosks including draught bitter, cider and Guinness and bottles of craft lager and real ale.
And there are a number of meal deals:

Fanzone
For more refreshment options head to the Fanzone outside the East Stand where you’ll find the Yo Beef Burger stall selling a selection of deluxe burgers, bacon rolls, hot dogs and steakhouse chips and the Oinker Hog Roast stall offering roast pork rolls & baguettes and steakhouse chips. You’ll also find the Piglets Pie Cart selling sausage rolls, pies and chips and the Heineken bar and Real Ale truck selling Good Old Boy bitter.
The Jazz Café
The Jazz Cafe in the East Stand will be open before the game from 12.30pm, at half-time and for an hour after the game.
Travel
By car:
Parking is £10 at the stadium subject to availability. The Mereoak Park & Ride will be operating, for more information visit http://www.reading-buses.co.uk/park-and-ride/
The Madejski Stadium can be approached from the A33 Reading Relief Road which links to the M4 Motorway. Exit the M4 at Junction 11 heading for Reading on the A33. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd left onto the Reading Relief Road, passing the Stadium on your left. At the next roundabout (past McDonalds) take the first left onto Northern Way and follow signs to car parks. Click here for a map.
Please leave extra time for your journey because of roadworks around the stadium and on the M4.
By rail:
Reading Buses operate a frequent R1 service between the Southwest Interchange bus station by Reading Station and the Madejski Stadium on match days.
Buses depart from the Southwest Interchange up to 3 hours before kick-off and work as a frequent service until roughly 20 minutes before kick-off.
Returning from the Madejski, services depart from Northern Way after full-time and operate for around two and a half hours until 7.15pm.

Security
Please be aware that stewards will be carrying out bag checks on entry to the stadium. We encourage you to only bring a bag if necessary and to leave extra time to enter the stadium. Please note that alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the stadium.
