Job title: Academy Forwards Coach
Line Manager: Academy Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coach Senior Academy Forwards + Manage IDP process.
- Coach U18’s and PDG Gold group.
- Coach U16’s and PDG Silver group.
- Support delivery of DDP Bronze program (4 centers in the region)
- 3 nights per week
- Deliver sessions on all Pre season and holiday camp sessions for all age grades.
- Deliver IDP process 16-18 EAP’s (Forwards).
- Deliver outreach coaching to all 16-18 EAP’s (Forwards)
- Related administration
- Build and maintain relationships with selected schools.
- Attend School, Club and County fixtures (midweek and weekends)
- Talent ID + Attend Trial process for DPP and County age groups (midweek and weekends)
- Report to Academy Manager.
