Lucio Cinti, Agustín Creevy, and Juan Martín González have all been named in Michael Cheika’s Argentina matchday squad to take on Australia in The Rugby Championship.

Taking place at the Estadio San Juan del Bicentenario, the Round 2 fixture is scheduled for 8.10pm BST this Saturday (13th), and sees Los Pumas matchup against the Wallabies in successive weeks.

The former are seeking an upturn in form after an opening day home defeat to those in gold and green, with Australia walking away with all five available points after running in as many scores at the Estadio Malvinas Argentinas.

Cinti returns to the matchday 23 this weekend after appearing for his country in the final winning Test against Scotland in July and is in line for an eighth cap for Argentina.

Both González and Creevy continue their stay amongst Cheika’s selection, both remaining at blindside flanker and replacement hooker, respectively.

The loose forward pitched in with the most tackles of any player in the first encounter (12), with Irish’s front-row vet also seeking more caps off the bench- a remarkable 94th for Creevy, should he feature.

The match will be available to view on Sky Sports Action this Saturday, with coverage starting at 8pm BST.

¡Felicidades chicos!
