Temporary suspension to key elements of our online shop service

Due to the furloughing of retail staff at London Irish Rugby Club, there will be a temporary suspension to key elements of our online shop service, commencing at 5pm on Wednesday, 29 April 2020. We hope to resume the suspended services for a short time from Monday, 25 May 2020.

During the above period, orders can still be made online but the following service suspensions will be in place:

• The packing, despatch and delivery of orders placed.
• Replies by the retail team to e-mails sent to [email protected].

When the above resume, the initial service limitations put in place in mid-March will remain.

UK (Mainland, N.I. and Islands) and Rep. of Ireland Orders:

These will be fulfilled, but you are likely to experience a few days additional delay in receiving your purchase.

Click & Collect Service:

Until further notice, the “Collect from Hazelwood” service is suspended. If you selected this option at checkout please e-mail [email protected] with your delivery address.

Overseas Orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil non-UK Mainland/Rep. of Ireland orders at this time as the offices are closed to external operators – such as international courier and postal services.

Returns:

We are unable to accept online shop returns at this time due to the office closure. We will contact customers when the offices re-open to organise the return for exchange or refund.

Madejski Stadium Shop:

The Shop at the Madejski Stadium remains closed indefinitely.
