27 April 2016
This Sunday 1st May, our inaugural ‘Exiles Day’ kicks off to honour the multitude of cultures that represent us as a Club before London Irish take on Harlequins at the Madejski Stadium for their last home game of the 2015/16 Aviva Premiership campaign (kick-off 3pm).
For the last time this season, our Supporters’ Village will be in full swing behind the East Stand and will host an array of entertainment. There will be additional tables and seating placed in the Village to create our very own Beer Garden for supporters to enjoy their pre-match food and drink which can be purchased from the variety of food kiosks and bars available. There will be also music pumped from the Craic making our Supporters’ Village the perfect place to soak up the pre-match atmosphere.
There are plenty of ‘Exiles’ themed freebies available for supporters to collect including hand waving flags and international horns so you can show your support for your nation this Exiles Day. Why not take part in our sponsor’s activities hosted by Norton UK, Pump Technology Ltd and Ridgeway for your chance to win some fantastic prizes.
We are pleased to announce that Wooden Spoon will be joining us as our matchday Charity Partner and will be bringing along their Wooden Spoon Roadshow including a passing challenge, the Sensory Bus and a special appearance by Spoony, the Charity mascot!
The Supporters’ Village will also be the place to find the London Irish Supporter’s Club as well as our London Irish hub where Members who have renewed for the 2016/17 season can collect their free matchday programme, limited edition recyclable Exiles Day cup and their meal voucher.
Our Supporters’ Village is the perfect location to take in all of our entertainment this matchday and to share the Craic with other supporters.
