London Irish’s Henry Arundell, Will Goodrick-Clarke, Ollie Hassell-Collins, Will Joseph, Tom Parton and Tom Pearson have all been selected for Eddie Jones’ England mini training camp this week.

A plethora of Irish’s Academy talent and breakout stars have once again been chosen to train with the national team, which is being held this week at The Lensbury from Tuesday 7th June to Thursday 9th June.

The announcement arrives following the inclusion of Arundell, Joseph and Pearson in the team’s previous mini camp in late May with a fixture against the Barbarians and a series against Australia in the nation’s diaries for this summer.

Both Arundell and Joseph earned their first taste of international rugby training in last month’s training camp in the capital, whilst Pearson worked under Jones alongside teammates Ollie Hassell-Collins and Will Goodrick-Clarke during the 2022 Guinness Six Nations.

Parton was included in the England training squad in preparation for last year’s summer internationals and is in line to make his first appearance for his country in company with his Exiles teammates.

Pearson and Arundell have taken the west London Club by storm in their first seasons, making a combined 32 appearances for the Exiles with eye-catching performances on the domestic and continental fronts.

Joseph has returned from a long-term spell on the sidelines and made a sizeable impact in his eight appearances over the course of his second season, scoring two tries in wins against Castres Olympique and Leicester Tigers respectively.

In conjunction with Pearson and front-row partner Ollie Hoskins, Goodrick-Clarke was rewarded for his excellent showings with a new contract at London Irish and made the joint-most appearances for the Club this season (29).

The Exiles’ established outside backs in Hassell-Collins and Parton have once again impressed in their fourth and fifth respective campaigns for Irish; the former amassing 11 tries in all competitions whilst leading the Gallagher Premiership in clean breaks (22), with Parton contributing five tries.

Huge congratulations, guys!
