Following the email sent to all Season Ticket holders who are expecting a physical season card last week, the Club wants to provide a further update on season cards.
Due to the global chip shortage, there has been a delay in production of the RFID season cards. London Irish is working with our supplier to get the cards delivered as soon as possible, and there is a possibility that the season cards may still arrive ahead of Sunday’s fixture.
However, as the timelines will be very tight and due the uncertainty of delivery schedules, the Club has made the decision to provide all Season Ticket holders with an alternative entry method to be on the safe side and ensure that all supporters will be able to access the stadium.
Tomorrow, all Season Ticket holders who requested a physical season card will receive an email with a Print at Home ticket attachment. You can print this out and bring it with you on Sunday to scan at the turnstiles. Alternatively, you will be able to download the London Irish App, launching in the next 24 hours, where you will be able to access your tickets digitally and scan from your phone. That email will contain instructions for how to do this.
Please note that if you have requested a physical season card and it does arrive with you before Sunday, you will not be able to use this for entry to the Sale match. Please still use the Print at Home or Digital ticket, and your season card will be valid for the next home game against Leicester.
Season Ticket holders who did not request a physical season card will receive their Digital Season Ticket tomorrow.

Platinum and Ticket +
If your Season Ticket is within the Platinum or Ticket + areas, you will be able to collect a card holder and lanyard from your lounge at the match on Sunday. When your season card arrives, please place it in the card holder attached to the lanyard and wear this around your neck for future matches. Your season card will act as your accreditation to gain entry into your lounge.
