Pump Technology continues long association with London Irish

Pump Technology has agreed a new sponsorship deal with London Irish for the 2018/19 season.

Pump have been strong and enthusiastic supporters of London Irish for over a decade and this will continue for another season with the wastewater and sewage pumping company remaining on the match kit. Pump’s company logo will be showcased on the back of the club’s home and away playing shorts. 

After 13 years of working with Pump Technology Ltd., London Irish are delighted to have extended a relationship that goes far beyond the realms of a standard partnership. Pump have stuck with the Exiles through thick and thin and everyone at the club is excited to continue this for another season.

Pump have recently done extensive work rehabilitating the Hazelwood pitches during the recent heatwave. The pumping specialists came to the club’s aid to ensure pre-season could proceed on time, demonstrating the special bond between both organisations. 

As an Elite Sponsor they will maintain their branding of the North West corner of the Madejski Stadium which has long been a great location for Pump staff members to watch London Irish play their home matches.

Additionally, the Aldermaston-based firm will continue to sponsor Exiles legend Topsy Ojo and new signings TJ Ioane and Motu Matu’u, both Samoan Internationals through the Corporate Player Sponsorship programme. This will give the company access to the players and they will bear the Pump logo in the match day programme and on the big screen.

London Irish’s marketing team will also collaborate with Pump to create some exciting digital marketing campaigns throughout the season which will showcase certain aspects of London Irish and Pump Technology.
