London Irish are delighted to announce that Powerday will continue as our Principal Sponsor Partner for the coming 2021/22 season.

As the key investor in the club, Powerday, the largest family-owned recycling and waste management company in the South East of England, will support London Irish as the Club’s main sponsor for an eleventh successive season.

In recognition of this essential investment and support, Powerday branding will feature prominently on all London Irish home and away kit and training apparel, as well as branding opportunities at the Hazelwood training complex and our magnificent new home at Brentford Community Stadium throughout the 2021/22 rugby season.

Off the pitch, London Irish and Powerday will continue to collaborate on a wide range of bespoke events and unique initiatives, whilst ensuring their joint impact delivers exceptional positive outcomes for individuals and communities across London, especially in some of the most hard-to-reach areas.

Powerday Chairman, London Irish President and Owner, Mick Crossan, said: “Powerday is pleased to continue and extend our commitment as primary sponsor of London Irish for the forthcoming season. I am also exceptionally proud of steering London Irish back into the capital, our spiritual home to develop and grow our historic roots, undoubted potential and relationships for the future.

“We are about to launch next seasons’ campaign, a very exciting time for the Club, both on and off the pitch, which promises so much in terms of development at all levels, and hopefully success.

“Powerday and London Irish have many common values together, with a clear commitment to making things better as a core value, and we will continue to commit effort and endeavour to further expand our impact and outcomes to benefit communities and provide opportunities to change ‘Young Londoners Lives for the Better’.”

Mark Bensted, London Irish CEO, added: “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Powerday, and we are grateful to Mick and his team for their long-standing support of the Club.

“It’s a relationship that continues to flourish and our recent move back into London will only serve to enhance the work we do together.”
