Pearson joins Hassell-Collins in England squad

Tom Pearson has been added to the England squad alongside Ollie Hassell-Collins, as preparations begin for round two of the Guinness Six Nations.

The London Irish duo are in contention to feature in Sunday’s away fixture against Italy, at the Stadio Olimpico.

Pearson’s call-up is the pinnacle of a whirlwind few months for the 22 year-old.

Having joined the London Irish Academy from Cardiff Met University this summer, the back-row has impressed in his 10 appearances to date for the Exiles, catching the eye with a series of exceptional performance belying his tender years.
