Where possible, all pending orders placed in recent weeks will be despatched by the weekend, but the following service restrictions will still be in place.
UK & Rep. of Ireland Orders:
- These will be fulfilled, but you are likely to experience a few extra days delay in receiving your purchase.
- Until further notice, the Collect from Hazelwood service is suspended.
Overseas Orders:
- Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil non-UK and Rep. of Ireland orders at this time as the London Irish offices are closed to external operators – such as international courier and postal services.
Returns:
- We are unable to accept online shop returns at this time due to the office closure. We will contact customers when we are able to gain access to the London Irish offices so we can organise returns for exchange or refund.
LONDON IRISH STORE AT THE MADEJSKI STADIUM
We regret to announce the permanent closure of our retail store at the Madejski Stadium in Reading with immediate effect. Over the coming two weeks all stock will be returned to our Hazelwood online warehouse. As a result, our range of stock and size options available through our online shop will be significantly enhanced.
