London Irish hosted a series of successful rugby camps during the recent October half-term.

Taking place between 26th–30th October at Bracknell Rugby Club and Kings House School, the camps saw over 80 players participate.

Putting their skills to the test throughout, the main core of the rugby sessions focused on decision-making, passing, identifying where the space is and supporting the ball carrier, whilst the players also engaged in some strength and condition games and challenges.

Community Rugby Coach, Niall Crosley, said: "Seeing the players show up with such a positive outlook and energy about them again showed us the positive effect rugby can have - and how important it is to keep kids rugby going during this pandemic.

"We were humbled to have had so many players attend each camp during such testing times - and those players who participated all seemed to really enjoy themselves."

Details regarding future camps will be available soon!
