London Irish is pleased to announce that the Gallagher Premiership Round 11 fixture against Gloucester Rugby on Saturday 22 February is this season’s dedicated military fixture.
The club are therefore delighted to offer members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services personnel, as well as Blue Light Card holders, half-price tickets for this match. Along with half-price tickets, those eligible will also receive 10% off in the club shop on the day on presentation of their ID card.
The Exiles are partnering with the Army Benevolent Fund - The Soldiers’ Charity for the game. They will be in attendance to fundraise for their charity which provides financial and practical support to soldiers, veterans, and their immediate family in times of need.
Supporters will be treated to performances from the Army Medical Corps band in the Supporter Village before the game and on the pitch in the build up to kick-off, as well as a half-time display from the Sandhurst and District Corps of Drums.
Also at half-time, there will be a lucky seat competition with some great prizes up for grabs, including hospitality tickets to the RAF v Army game at Kingsholm in April.
The club remain committed to supporting the men and women who serve our country by donating tickets for every home game to Tickets for Troops, a charity that provides free tickets to the Armed Forces for a variety of sporting, musical and cultural events.
If you are a serving member of the Armed Forces or Emergency Services, or hold a Blue Light Card, and would like to take advantage of this discount, please email [email protected] with a proof of ID to receive the promotional code.
Tickets for the game are available from £24 for adults and £5 for children, meaning with the 50% off discount, Armed Forces and Emergency Services personnel can attend a top flight Gallagher Premiership clash for as little as £12 for adults and just £2.50 for children.
