Mayo GAA train at Hazelwood

The Mayo senior footballers were training this week at Hazelwood, the home of London Irish.

 Following their Connacht Senior Football Championship victory over London a week ago, the Mayo team trained at Hazelwood ahead of their semi-final against Galway at McHale Park on 18th June.

During the week, Cáirde Mhaigheo London, the Official Mayo GAA supporters club in London, joined up with the Mayo squad at Hazelwood for an enjoyable social evening and BBQ, where players, management and backroom staff mingled with supporters, posing for photographs and signing autographs.

At the end of the training week Kieran McCarthy, Rugby Chairman of London Irish, exchanged jerseys with Mayo. We wish Mayo GAA all the best in the rest of the competition.
