Match Day Experience Survey

Following the conclusion of the first full season with crowds at the Brentford Community Stadium, the Club wants to hear from those who attended a home game this season to hear their thoughts on the match day experience.

Your feedback will be crucially important in helping the Club improve supporters’ experience at the BCS for the 2022/23 campaign and beyond.

The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete and covers topics including ticketing, access, food and drink, match day entertainment and facilities.

Everyone who completes the survey can enter a prize draw to win £100 in ticket credit. The deadline to enter is Wednesday 22 June.
