London Irish will play Bath Rugby on Wednesday 4 January at the Gtech Community Stadium in the Premiership Rugby Cup (kick-off 7.45pm) to allow for fair qualification of the semi-finals.

The fixture will be added to Season Ticket holders’ allocation of games within their package, in lieu of the cancelled London Irish v Wasps Premiership Rugby Cup fixture that was scheduled for Friday 18 November.

Due to the fixture being a midweek evening match and the rail strikes planned for that day, we know that the crowd will be lower than normal. As such, in order to minimise operating costs, only the South Stand will be open for this match.

All Season Ticket holders in the North, West and East stands will be relocated to the South Stand. All Season Ticket holders will be guaranteed an upgrade on their usual seat category, and complimentary tea and coffee will be available.

Affected Season Ticket holders should have received an email with information about their relocation. Season Tickets of those who will be relocated will not be valid for the fixture - new tickets will be issued which will be sent via email in January.

We ask that any Season Ticket holders in the North, West and East stands that know they will not be attending the match to let us know by completing this form. This will enable us to only relocate those Season Ticket holders who will be attending, and allow us to put any remaining seats on sale to help maximise revenue. Please complete the form by midday on Friday 23 December. If you complete the form and then your plans change and you are able to attend please let us know by emailing [email protected] and a seat will be allocated for you.

We appreciate that the rail strikes will make it difficult for some supporters to attend. Therefore the Club will arrange for the Park & Ride service to be reinstated for this fixture, subject to demand. A coach will depart from Reading Station at 5pm and stop for a pick up at Mereoak at 5.30pm. A separate coach will depart from Hazelwood at 6pm. The Park & Ride will cost £10.50 per person. If you would be interested in booking onto a Park & Ride service please complete this form by midday on Friday 23 December. The Park & Ride will go ahead if the minimum numbers are reached for each service.

A limited number of tickets in the South Stand will go on general sale in the coming days. Once all Season Ticket holders in the North, West and East stands have been relocated, additional tickets in more central blocks will be released subject to availability.
