London Irish to play Northampton Wanderers

London Irish have stepped in to play Northampton Wanderers tomorrow night after Wasps have cancelled the Premiership Rugby Shield fixture due to lack of front-row resource.

With the Exiles no longer being a part of the A League competition, director of rugby Declan Kidney is keen for his squad to gain valuable game time. The club has also arranged additional fixtures to be played throughout the season, the first of which will be announced shortly.

Gates to Franklin’s Gardens open at 6.30pm with kick-off scheduled for 7.30pm. The game is £5 for adults and £2 for under-16s. Car parks A, B and C situated off Ross Road will be open and free of charge.
