The London Irish community team will be hosting three residential rugby camps this summer to give participants the chance to get a feel of what it's like to eat, sleep and train like a professional rugby player.

The three-day camps will provide an opportunity for players to develop their rugby skills, learn new things and gain a better understanding of rugby on and off the field.

Each camp will touch upon the development of new and existing rugby skills, nutrition, strength and conditioning and more. Every individual will receive feedback from a London Irish community coach, whilst also leaving the camp with a development plan to progress their skills through the upcoming season.
