London Irish will be getting into the Halloween spirit at the Cornish Pirates game on Saturday 27 October (kick-off 3pm) and supporters are invited to join in the festivities.
With the fixture falling just a few days before Halloween, London Irish will be embracing all things spooky with a number of activities to excite and fright supporters of all ages at the game against the Pirates. Tickets are available from just £22 for adults and £4 for children.
Here’s some of what to look forward to at the London Irish Spooktacular:
Creepie Crawly & Reptile Display
There will be an array of creepy critters in the Supporter Village before the game, including tarantulas, scorpions, pythons, bearded dragons and much more. You'll even be able to hold some of them... if you dare!
Fancy Dress
Would it be Halloween without fancy dress?! Time to dig out your costumes and get creative! There will be a prize for the supporter with the best fancy dress, to be chosen at half-time.
Trick or Treat!
During half-time the Poo Ball Challenge will be back where pairs of competitors will race each other across the pitch pushing giant rugby balls. The winners will then play Trick or Treat with the chance to win some great prizes!
If you and a friend or family member would like to enter to have a go please email [email protected] with your names and ages by Monday 22 October.
Match day programme
The official match day programme will be getting a touch of the spooktacular too, with a selection of Halloween themed quizzes, puzzles and games. Be sure to pick yours up for £3 outside the Megastore and Gates 1 and 4.
Halloween Jukebox
London Irish are handing control of the playlist over to you, by accepting Halloween themed song requests to be played in the Supporter Village and inside the stadium. To request your favourite spooky tune, please click here.
On top of the spooktacular activities, supporters can look forward to the usual match day entertainment, including live music from Ronan Macmanus, post-match interviews in the Club Room with Declan Kidney, George Skivington and the Man of the Match, Digger’s Dugout in the North Stand concourse, face painting and player appearances in the Supporter Village, and more!
