London Irish confirm squad to host Gloucester Rugby

Declan Kidney has named the squad that is set to welcome Gloucester Rugby to the Brentford Community Stadium on Sunday (kick-off 3pm).

Allan Dell, Agustin Creevy and Marcel van der Merwe combine in the front row, with Steve Mafi and Rob Simmons in the second row.

Matt Rogerson captains the side from openside flanker and is joined in the back row by Isaac Curtis-Harris and Albert Tuisue.

Nick Phipps and Paddy Jackson are the halfback duo, and Terrence Hepetema partners Curtis Rona in the centres.

Ollie Hassell-Collins, Ben Loader and Tom Parton continue in the back three.

“We’ve had a good week of training and we are excited to get going again at the Brentford Community Stadium” said Declan Kidney, Director of Rugby.

“Gloucester are a well-drilled team, as shown by their result last week, but it’s also very much about getting our own things right.

"Thanks to all our supporters for getting behind the team so much last week. It is up to us to give you even more this week.”
