London Irish Academy U16s named for Birmingham Festival

The London Irish Academy are set to take a promising U16 squad to the Birmingham Festival on Sunday 7 April.

The youngsters proved themselves playing for Berkshire, Hampshire and Middlesex county teams before being selected for the Exiles U16 squad.

27 exciting talents have been chosen to make the trip to Solihull and given the opportunity to shine against a variety of Premiership academies.

The travelling squad are also given further incentive to show their abilities, with a select few being taken to the annual Wellington Festival at the end of April.
