Greig Tonks is excited by the blend of both youth and experience for tomorrow’s British and Irish Cup trip to face an Ospreys Premier Select.

Tonks, 27, who returns to first team affairs following a two-week injury lay-off, starts at fly-half and is hoping he can help the Exiles continue their winning habit.

“Quite a few of the younger lads are getting a run out this week which is great to see,” Tonks told LITV.

“We’ve had a pretty good run so far with six wins out of six in the league and it’s nice to have a little change in focus with the cup competition – we are keen to keep the winning streak going,” he added.

Delighted to be given more game time, Tonks said: “I’m really looking forward to getting some game time under my belt – it will be a tough game, but hopefully the boys can get stuck in and we can get a result.”
