London Irish Rugby Club is pleased to be supporting the ‘London Irish Walk’, a brilliant fundraising initiative being organised by the London Irish Centre.

The London Irish Centre are challenging you to get active and walk or run 50 miles by St Patrick’s Day – 17th March.

The target that has been set is a cumulative total of 50,000 miles (100 million steps!), and raising a whopping £50,000.

100% of the funds raised in the walk will be used to employ and commission Irish artists to create, perform and inspire through 2021. The artistic community has been hugely impacted by the pandemic, and raising money through the walk will not only provide valuable support but remind them how much they are valued.

With multiple lockdowns impacting all of us, this is a great opportunity to connect, get active, improve your wellbeing, and raise funds for a great cause.

Every participant will be welcomed to a community of fellow-walkers, and be sent a London Irish Walk high-vis and information pack.

To take part, simply sign up, set your targets for steps and sponsorship, tell your friends and get going!

London Irish legend and club ambassador Topsy Ojo has taken on the role of Team Captain for the LIRFC team, with a target of £5,000. Why not join his team and help do your bit! Join the team here.
