James Stokes returns to Irish

London Irish can today confirm that James Stokes has re-joined the club until the end of the 2020/21 season.

Stokes returns to the Exiles after playing for Miami Sun in the new format World Tens Series competition in Bermuda during October and November.

The full-back, who can also play on the wing, made 11 appearances for the Exiles in the 2019/20 season.

“We are happy to welcome James back to the club after his time in Bermuda” said Declan Kidney, Director of Rugby.

“He was brilliant with us last season and he’s slotted seamlessly back into our squad since his arrival back at the club.”
