Centre Jack Walsh has joined Monty Bradbury, Henry Arundell, Calum Scott and Mikey Summerfield in being promoted from the U18s into the London Irish Senior Academy for the 2021/22 season.

Walsh played a big part in the 2019 maiden ACE title for St Paul’s Catholic College in their triumph over Beechen Cliff to claim the trophy.

Jack has played county rugby for Middlesex at U16 level and won the Super 8 League with his school Halliford School when he was 15 years old.

“Jack is very deserving of his place in the Senior Academy and joins a good crop of players that are moving up from the U18s” said Patrick O’Grady, Academy Manager.

“He has made some good progress and we look forward to seeing this continue with us.”
