London Irish back row Izzy Moore-Aiono and his family are raising money for the Alexander Devine Hospice, a charity close to their hearts.

The Alexander Devine Hospice aim to provide a children’s hospice service within Berkshire and surrounding counties that will give children and families a choice of care and support from a dedicated team.

Izzy’s sister Talia was born in 2017 with a complex health condition. After almost a whole year in hospital, Talia was able to go home, but leaving hospital with a seriously ill child can be an incredibly scary experience and one many families sadly have to navigate alone.

Talia and her family found their support through the brilliant Alexander Devine Hospice.

“The main aim is to raise awareness of the amazing work that these nurses do and to pull together some much-needed funds to help support them in what they do,” said Izzy.

“Our family is so thankful for what they have done, and any donations would be greatly appreciated.”

Rudy, Izzy and Talia’s father, said "The work this amazing charity has done for my family and so many more is incredible. Anything you can donate will go so far and make such a difference to families like mine."
