London Irish have teamed up with Spelthorne council again this year to help spread some Christmas cheer.

Despite all the community centres being closed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteers from the club were on hand to deliver a Christmas hamper, consisting of a box of chocolates, a Christmas pudding, a satsuma and a Christmas card, on Monday afternoon.

Tom Parton and Theo Brophy Clews were on hand to show their support to the volunteers as they left Hazelwood.

Jackie Roy, Office Manager and Team PA at London Irish Rugby Club, said: "London Irish is delighted to support this wonderful initiative again this year. It's been a tough year for everyone, so hopefully this helped more than ever this year."
