London Irish have completed the double signing of Cillian Redmond and Ciaran Parker.
Irishman Redmond joins after a successful trial period with the Club. Having featured in the second half of our pre-season friendly against Connacht last month, the winger has now put pen to paper on a contract with the Exiles.
Prop Parker, meanwhile, will add to Declan Kidney’s tight-head options. The 25 year-old, formerly of Sale Sharks and Munster amongst others, joins from Jersey Reds, having spent time on loan with Leinster last season.
Kidney welcomed both Redmond and Parker to the London Irish family, commenting: “We’re pleased to welcome both of the guys to the squad.
“Cillian has impressed during his time with us and will strengthen our options on the wing.
“Ciaran provides us with extra options at tight-head, in the wake of Lovejoy (Chawatama) picking up an injury in pre-season.”
