Declan Kidney has today confirmed the squad that will head to The Rec to take on Bath Rugby in the European Rugby Challenge Cup Quarter Final tomorrow (kick-off 8pm).

Facundo Gigena is given his first start for the Club and is joined in the front row by Agustin Creevy and Lovejoy Chawatama, with George Nott and Rob Simmons combining in the second row.

Matt Rogerson captains the side from blindside flanker and Blair Cowan is at openside flanker, with Albert Tuisue in the number 8 jersey.

Nick Phipps and Paddy Jackson continue their partnership as the halfback duo, and Terrence Hepetema links up with Theo Brophy Clews in the centres.

An unchanged back three of Ollie Hassell-Collins, Ben Loader and Tom Parton is named.

“Playing a team twice in three match weeks provides a unique challenge for both sets of players” said Declan Kidney, Director of Rugby.

“We both know each other well, so it will be interesting to see how the players adapt to the styles of play.

“Bath had a good win in Italy last weekend and will be looking to get the better of us come tomorrow’s 8pm kick-off. It will be a big test for our players, but one that I know they are looking forward to.”
