The weather is getting colder, the days are still short and the festive season feels like a distant memory already. Blue Monday is here and it’s acknowledged to be the most depressing day of the year – but we’ve got something that can help you beat the January blues!

On Sunday 29 January London Irish host local rivals Harlequins in the epic West London Derby at the Gtech Community Stadium. If previous fixtures are anything to go by, it’s going to be packed full of drama and a match you definitely do not want to miss!

We’re offering two tickets to the match as part of our Blue Monday competition to give a pair of lucky supporters something to look forward to during these dreary days. What’s more, the prize includes a pre-match lunch at our partners Clayton Hotel Chiswick – a 10 minute walk from the stadium.

Lunch will be at 12.30pm in the hotel’s Grill Restaurant, offering delicious classic British dishes with international favourites, using the best of British produce.
