London Irish Senior Academy graduates Henry Arundell and Will Joseph have been selected in Eddie Jones’ England squad for the Autumn Nations Series.

The squad will commence their activities for their fixtures with a training camp held in Jersey, taking place from Monday 24th October to Friday 28th October, following Irish’s Gallagher Premiership game with Gloucester Rugby.

Arundell and Joseph, already capped England internationals at 19 and 20-years-old respectively, earned their first senior international tour when England travelled to Australia over the summer.

Each contributed to the tour win Down Under, Arundell scoring on his debut and making two further appearances with Joseph making his debut in the second Test in Brisbane.

With each player having made their England under-20 debuts this calendar year, their fine form has continued into the 2022/23 season with Arundell missing just one of Irish’s league games this term.

With both aiming for further caps in England’s billing this autumn, England’s November international games at Twickenham Stadium start with the visit of Argentina (6th), continuing against Japan (12th), then New Zealand (19th) and finishing with a match-up against reigning world champions, South Africa (26th).

Excellent work boys!
