Adam Coleman had his case heard on papers by an independent disciplinary panel last night (Tuesday 9 November 2021).

He was shown a red card by referee Ian Tempest in the 22nd minute of the match between Saracens and London Irish on Saturday 6 November 2021. This was for dangerous tackling contrary to World Rugby Law 9.13.
  
Coleman accepted the charge and was given a three-match suspension by the independent disciplinary panel comprising Gareth Graham with Leon Lloyd and Olly Kohn. He is free to play again on 30 November 2021.
