London Irish is pleased to launch its Season Tickets for the club’s inaugural season in the new Brentford Community Stadium.

Season Tickets for the 2020/21 season will initially launch exclusively to existing Season Ticket holders and Club Members, before going on general sale in February.

To reward Season Ticket holders and Club Members for their loyalty, they will be given the opportunity to reserve their seat for just £20, or to pay upfront in full. The reservation process will be open first to supporters who held a Season Ticket in both the 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons, followed by those who are Season Ticket holders in the 2019/20 season, and concluding with current Club Members.

Once the stadium build is complete (due March 2020), supporters will be invited to book an appointment to try the seat that they have reserved, and move elsewhere in the stadium if they wish.

Season Ticket 2020/21 - What’s New & Key Features

Other than an incremental rise in accordance with market costs, Season Tickets remain comparable with 2019/20 prices. An adult Season Ticket in the centre blocks (Gold category) costs just £435, only a £10 increase on this season’s early bird price and £10 cheaper than the full cost.

The maximum price increase for an individual Season Ticket is £10, with many ticket categories seeing a rise of just £5, or 32p per game. Family Season Tickets remain just £600 including two adults and two concessions (including over 65, 18 to 24, junior and child categories), which works out at only £9.40 per ticket.

To make Gallagher Premiership rugby accessible for all, there will be an introductory price of just £270 for adults, £200 for over 65’s and £45 for children, which includes a seat for all 16 home games with fantastic views of the match action.

The 2020/21 season also sees the introduction of a new category, Ticket +, aimed at offering supporters an enhanced version of their usual match day experience, with padded seats, a wider array of food options and a warm place to catch up with friends before and after the game.

The Season Ticket + option benefits from centre line seats and access to a private cash bar, with an option to purchase food on the day, or pre-order for the season. The cost of a Season Ticket + is just a £100 upgrade on an adult Gold Season Ticket, making it exceptional value for money in comparison to similar Premiership rugby options. The club anticipate this will be a highly sought-after option, so be quick to reserve your Season Ticket + seat if you are interested.

Another new feature for 2020/21 is the introduction of a new age band for 18 to 24-year-olds, to make attending London Irish home games more affordable for students and young professionals. The 18 to 24-year-olds will be included in the Concession price band, along with over 65’s.

The categorisation of the stadium has remained very similar to the current season at the Madejski Stadium to make equivalent blocks easier to identify for supporters. The naming of the categories has seen a change, with price categories now being identified as Gold, Green, Red or Orange. These can be roughly translated from the Madejski Stadium’s centre blocks (Gold), wing blocks (Green) and corner blocks (Red).

The introduction of the Orange category offers an even more affordable option, with seats located right next to the action at the front of the stands. New designated Family blocks are situated in the North East and North West corners.

A significant change for the coming season is that the club will be regaining control of their ticketing service for the first time in several years, ensuring that supporters receive a true London Irish experience from the moment they purchase their ticket right up until the final whistle and beyond.

London Irish will be partnering with StubHub UK to become the club’s official ticketing partner. StubHub UK will provide an improved ticketing service for supporters and give Season Ticket holders the ability to transfer their ticket to a fellow supporter at no extra cost, or to list their tickets for re-sale for the matches they are unable to attend. This offers a compelling benefit for supporters by lessening the financial impact of committing to a full Season Ticket.
