Travelling to the stadium - Public Transport

Trains and Tubes

There are eight stations located within a 20 minute walking radius of the stadium, so if you are planning to travel either by train or tube to the stadium, do please consider all of these to avoid over crowding at any particular station, which could result in delays.

The closest train station is Kew Bridge, which has four trains per hour on Saturdays and three trains per hour on Sundays. Please note there is no step free access at Kew Bridge Station.

The main entrance to Kew Bridge station will become ‘exit only’ for one hour after the match ends. During this time, the station will only be able to be accessed via the underpass, which takes you directly onto platform 1 for London-bound services. Passengers requiring West bound services from platform 2 will need to use the bridge for access.

Gunnersbury station will also be ‘exit only’ for 60 minutes after the game, and the main entrance will be ‘exit only’ for two hours before the game.

Buses

There are also a number of bus routes that serve the stadium. Supporters are advised to check for the latest information about bus routes at tfl.gov.uk or via travel management apps. Please allow extra time for bus journeys during the pandemic as it may not be possible to board the first bus that arrives due to social distancing protocols.

Car Parking

There are a number of car parks available in the local area. We recommend pre-booking parking in the car parks operated by our partner EST which are available to book at londonirishparking.co.uk or by calling 02081 940034.

Car parks that are available to book through EST are situated at Chiswick Business Park (£15) and at the Citroen site on Capital Interchange Way (£20). The car parks will be open from three hours before kick-off and will close two hours after the final whistle.

Accessible parking is available to book through EST.

In addition, there are some other public car parks available:

Park & Ride

A Park & Ride service will be available to supporters, picking up and dropping off at Mereoak, Reading Station and Hazelwood. The service costs £10.50 and must be booked in advance. Book here.

Arrival at the stadium

Ticket and bag checks will all take place prior to entry to the stadium so please help our stewards and be ready to participate in these checks.

You will not be permitted to bring large bags or rucksacks into the stadium so please do not bring these with you.

Please use the gate designated on your Season Ticket or match ticket. Before the game, supporters will not be able to walk along the North side of the stadium, between gates J and H.

Gates will be open from two hours before kick-off and we advise that you aim to arrive no later than 30 minutes before kick-off.

The entry turnstiles for each of the stand and the access routes for each is shown in the diagram below:

Pre and post-match entertainment

For those sat within the North, West and East Stands, there will be a face painter and a balloon modeller in the North West corner of the concourses before the game.

Head to the Dugout bar after the game where there will be live music and a Q&A. Unfortunately, those within the Red Zone (e.g. all match squad and coaches) are unable to take part in the Q&A under current guidelines, so for the time being the Q&A will be with non-match squad players. The match squad are also not allowed to be within the Dugout bar after the game.

To access the Dugout bar, supporters will need to leave the stadium via their closest exit and make their way to Gate B. Access to the Dugout bar is subject to capacity and on a first come first served basis. Supporters in the Platinum areas have direct access to the Dugout bar from their seats.
