When will my hospitality tickets arrive?

Tickets will be distributed electronically to the email you registered with us approximately 10 days prior to the fixture. If tickets are purchased closer to matchday then we will distribute as soon as possible

My hospitality tickets haven’t arrived, what should I do?

If your tickets haven’t arrived by the Thursday prior to the match, please call us and we will arrange for these to be resent.

I would like to collect my tickets on match day, what should I do?

Simply let us know and we can have your tickets reserved for collection at the hospitality reception.

Can I buy hospitality as a gift?

Yes, you certainly can. You can book for a specific match or book a package and let the recipient choose which game they would like to come to. If required, we can provide you with a voucher to use as a gift.

As a Season Ticket holder, do I get a discount on match day hospitality?

Discounts are available for Season Ticket Holders. These are subject to availability.

What time does hospitality open?

Facilities open two hours before kick-off.

What time does hospitality close?

Facilities close 90 minutes after full-time. The bar will close 60 minutes after full-time.

What is the dress code in hospitality?

We operate a smart casual dress code policy which includes rugby jerseys and smart jeans.

Please note that, whilst some facilities do overlook the pitch, match seating is outside so please consider the weather conditions and bring appropriate outdoor wear.

Are children permitted in hospitality?

Absolutely, we are more than happy to have children in the hospitality area and can offer a pre booked children’s menu for our younger guests.  We also have highchairs and baby changing facilities where required.

What entrance do I use to access hospitality?

Hospitality guests will enter through Gate C, which leads directly into the hospitality reception.

What time is food served in hospitality on match days?

Food service will vary depending on the time of the fixture. Please consult the hospitality team for the information relative to your fixture.

Dietary Requirements?

Where possible, please let us know of any dietary requirements for your party by the Monday prior to the match.

Where can I park?

Parking can be purchased through our third-party parking provider EST. Bookings can be made on their website.

Matchday parking starts at £15 and is subject to availability. Blue badge bays are available for purchase.
