Matchday FAQ
When will my hospitality tickets arrive?
Tickets are despatched to arrive around 10 days prior to the match. If a booking is made closer to a matchday, they will be sent as soon as possible.
My hospitality tickets haven’t arrived, what should I do?
If your tickets haven’t arrived by the Thursday prior to the match, please call us and we will arrange a duplicate set to be available for collection upon arrival at the hospitality reception.
I would like to collect my tickets on match day, what should I do?
Simply let us know and we can have your tickets reserved for collection at the hospitality reception.
Can I buy hospitality as a gift?
Yes, you certainly can. You can book for a specific match or book a package and let the recipient choose which game they would like to come to. If required, we can provide you with a voucher to use as a gift.
As a Season Ticket holder, do I get a discount on match day hospitality?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for all Season Ticket holders (for the current season).
What time does hospitality open?
Facilities open 2.5 hours before kick-off.
What time does hospitality close?
Facilities close one hour after the final whistle.
What is the dress code in hospitality?
We operate a smart casual dress code policy which includes rugby jerseys and smart jeans.
Please note that, whilst some facilities do overlook the pitch, match seating is outside so please consider the weather conditions and bring appropriate outdoor wear.
Are children permitted in hospitality?
Absolutely, we are more than happy to have children in the hospitality area and can offer a children’s menu for our younger guests. We also have highchairs and baby changing facilities where required.
We offer a 20% discount on all our hospitality packages for under 16’s. Any children under 5 years old will only be charged for their meal.
What entrance do I use to access hospitality?
Access to the hospitality area can be found via the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre entrance between the hotel and megastore.
What time is food served in hospitality on match days?
Exiles Club, Avenue Club & Platinum Club food service begins approximately two hours before kick-off.
1898 Club orders should be placed 45 mins prior to kick-off.
Food in the Executive Boxes will be served approximately two hours before kick-off (unless otherwise requested).
Dietary Requirements?
Where possible, please let us know of any dietary requirements for your party by the Monday prior to the match.
Where can I park?
VIP parking is either in our blue car park outside the hospitality entrance or in the VIP 1 area directly opposite.
Executive Boxes include three VIP Parking permits with a 10 or 12-seater, five permits with a 20-seater or six permits with a 24-seater.
Exiles and Avenue Club – parking is included on a 1:2 basis for seasonal members or for matchday guests on a 1:4 basis.
Parking can be purchased by 1898 Club or Platinum Club members and guests at £100 for the season or £10 per matchday.
