Ross McMillan's playing career included stints at Northampton Saints, Bristol Bears, Leicester Tigers and London Irish.
The former hooker joined London Irish as a player in September 2019 before moving over to the coaching staff, becoming Assistant Forwards Coach, before the 2020/21 season.
