Tom Parton, Joe Cokanasiga and Rory Brand have been named in the England Under-20 squad for this Friday’s Six Nations encounter with Italy at the Northern Echo Arena.

Parton starts at full-back, while Cokanasiga and Brand are amongst the replacements as England look to make it three wins on the bounce.

The London Irish trio have played a significant role in helping the Red Rose to emphatic wins over France and Wales.

Exiles Director of Rugby Nick Kennedy has been pleased with the trio's progress, saying: “They have performed well this year and they are doing themselves proud.

“The game time they have experienced with us here at London Irish has really benefited them, and to play international rugby at this level will further enhance their talent.

“I’m looking forward to seeing them in action.”

The game will be shown live on Sky Sports Mix.
