HOW TO BOOK TICKETS
Why wait in line, when you can book online?
The easiest and simplest way to book tickets is online, at www.london-irish.com. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By purchasing online you can buy tickets up to 12noon on a match day.
Ticket despatch information is below
You can also book by calling the Madejski Ticket Office on 0844 249 1871. We would suggest you book your tickets as early as possible to give you the best choice of seats in the stadium. The busiest times are generally Mondays and all other days around 10am, lunchtime and 4pm.
Tickets to a London Irish match are bought through the Madejski Ticket Office, which also sells tickets for Reading Football Club and other events that occur at the Stadium. We therefore ask our supporters to try and avoid calling the Ticket Office in the few days leading up to a Reading FC match. A full list of fixtures at the Madejski Stadium for the 2006/7 season will be available soon.
Ticket despatch information is below
Tickets can be purchased in person any time during Ticket Office Opening Hours.
BOOKING FEE
Please note that all bookings by post or phone are subject to a £1.50 booking fee. Booking made online and in person will not be subject to the booking fee.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING
Your booking including your allocated seat details will be confirmed via a text message if you have provided your mobile telephone number or by e-mail if you book online. Unsuccessful applicants will not be advised.
The confirmation of seat details is really important. Therefore we urge you to ensure you keep your personal details up to date with us so that we can provide this free service for you. You can do this online at www.london-irish.com or by phone 0844 249 1871.
DESPATCH OF TICKETS
- Purchases up to 3 days before a match
Tickets will be sent to you direct and should reach you within 5 working days of the match itself.
- Purchases less than 3 day before a match
The last postal date is 3 working days prior to a match. All tickets booked after this time will be held for collection at the Ticket Office. Tickets collected on a match day itself, will be available for collection three hours before kick off. We urge supporters to collect at least an hour before Kick Off.
Supporters are reminded that if they are picking up tickets at the match itself, they can only be collected from the respective ticket offices, i.e. East Stand Ticket Office for East Stand match tickets, etc.
We also urge those supporters that are collecting to do so at least an hour before Kick Off.

DISABLED FACILITIES & ACCESS
London Irish operates a ticketing policy whereby:
Tickets purchased in the designated disabled areas will be provided with a complimentary 'carer' ticket for each ticket purchased in the disabled area.
A disabled person can choose not to sit in the designated disabled area, however the individual will forfeit the entitlement to the disabled related 'carer' ticket.
London Irish reserves the right to request 'proof of disability'. Such proof shall include:
a. Receipt of the middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component)
b. Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
c. A personal letter from your GP
NB receipt of an Orange/Blue badge will not be considered sufficient proof of disability.
The Madejski Stadium has total of 128 designated disabled spaces available in all stands. Entry is at ground level and the places are set well back from the pitch, offering excellent viewing and weather protection.
The stadium also offers 122 disabled parking spaces - The majority of these spaces are issued as season parking permits (at a cost of £75), but there is availability to pay on the day (£7) and park within the Orange Disabled car park. Space is limited and is offered on the day of the match on a first come first served basis.
More information can be found on the Disability Policy page.
