FAQ 2009/10

1. I have had a Season Ticket before. Can I avail of the renewal price and when is this special offer available?
Only 2008/09 Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase a 2009/10 Season Ticket at the special renewal price until 22nd May 2009. Your seat will be guaranteed for your purchase only until 13th May, i.e. from 20th April – 13th May, seats available for renewal during this period will not be offered on general sale. There will be a period between 18th May and 22nd May when 08/09 Season Ticket Holders can purchase any un-renewed season ticket seats before they go on general sale. From 25th May, any seats that have not been renewed will go on general release, however current Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase them at the renewal rate.

2. If I want to change my existing Season Ticket seat, how and when can I do this?
Current Season Ticket Holders can change to any unreserved seat (i.e. a seat not currently occupied by a 2008/09 Season Ticket Holder) at any time. There is a special window whereby only 08/09 Season Ticket Holders can purchase un-renewed seats before they go on general release. On 25th May, all un-renewed seats will go on general sale. Season Ticket Holders can change their seat for an individual match free of charge provided that additional tickets are purchased when the seat change is arranged with the Ticket Office. Where a supporter is moving to a higher priced stand, the price difference between the seats will be chargeable.
All available seats will go on general release on Monday 25th May.

3.Will I get a Season Ticket Smart Card?
Renewing Season Tcket Holders will not receive a new Smartcard for renewing the same seat. Your Season Ticket Smart card is your card for life. Do not throw your existing smart card away. If you are changing your Season Ticket seat, you will require a new card, costing £2 for administration. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to the Ticket Office and will be charged £2 for replacement.
New Season Ticket Holders will receive a Smartcard for their new Season Ticket seat as part of their package.

4. What games are included in your season ticket?
All regular season pool home matches within the Guinness Premiership, Heineken Cup and those games that will either be part of a Guinness Premiership extension or those that replace the current EDF Energy Cup competition structure. This finance agreement is between Zebra Finance Ltd and the applicant - London Irish and Madejski Stadium play no part in this process. The cost of this finance is approximately 5% of the price of your Season Ticket. See the enclosed form for further details of the scheme.

6. Have the ticket prices increased for 2008/09 season?
Season tickets: The Season Ticket prices have been frozen for all current Season Ticket Holders. A new category of pricing has been introduced in the central blocks of the East (i.e. Y22 and Y23) and West Lower (i.e. G6 and G7) stands. These Premium seating areas will be charged at a slightly higher rate than the rest of the stand to reflect the higher demand for seats in these seats. Overall, the London Irish Season Ticket is still fantastic value when compared to other Premiership clubs. Match tickets: Will replicate Season Ticket price changes (i.e. all prices will remain frozen at the 08/09 season rates, with premium pricing applying in the central blocks of the East and West Lower).

7. I wish to purchase a seat in the Premium seating area. What price will I pay?
Any new Season Tickets purchased in the Premium seating areas (i.e. Y22 & Y23 in the East and G6 & G7 in the West Lower) will be subject to the new Premium prices.
