How the club does business

Refunds & Exchanges.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Returns should be marked for the attention of:

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as London Irish cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section: every effort is made that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation of order

If you wish to cancel the order and your goods have already been dispatched, you must send the goods back to:

at your cost and risk as soon as possible. Once we have received your returned order to London Irish Merchandise, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation provided that you return the goods in their original condition.

Stock Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all items shown on our online store are available but occasionally items will be temporarily out of stock or have sold out earlier than planned. All merchandise on the online store is subject to availability.

Despatch Policy.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. Goods will be despatched within the delivery period chosen.

Prices and Tax.

The prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. The price you pay includes VAT (at 15%) for all deliveries. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Colours.

The reproductions of colours are as accurate as photographic processes allow. The colours of the goods may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to variations and limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securly and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to any third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998.

Consumer Rights.

None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
