Information stored on your card will include your name along with history of your London Irish ticket purchases from 2005 onwards. This will enable us to learn more about your needs, which will help us to provide you, our valuable supporters a better service in the future.

Your seat choice will be confirmed via a text message if you have provided your mobile telephone number or by e-mail if you book online.

If you forget your seat number, we have Customer-Support Staff with electronic hand held card readers situated around the Stadium on match days who will be able to help you. Alternatively there are Seat Locator Machines situated in various parts of the Stadium.
If you are booking for more than one person you will need to quote the Customer Number of all the supporters in the party.
I come with friends and we want to sit together but I don't know their Customer Numbers'
Our systems have a facility to link friends and family members together so that you don't need to remember lots of numbers. You can take advantage of this online or by phone. This means that every time you call or book online you can book for friends with ease.
How do I buy a ticket for a non-member?
A paper ticket can be purchased, however we strongly recommend that all supporters obtain a Smartcard as this simplifies the process of buying tickets and entering the stadium. Smartcards also allow you to benefit from the Points system. If you are buying for a non-Smartcard holder, simply provide some of their basic details and a Smartcard will be issued with the match ticket loaded on to it.
What happens if I lose my Smartcard?
As soon as you realise that you have lost your Smartcard then you should notify the Sales Centre. The card will be cancelled and a new one be issued. There will be a charge for lost or stolen cards, £10 for Adults & £3 for Concessions
What happens if I forget my Smartcard on match day?
You will be able to get a paper ticket for the day. Please go to the West Stand Ticket Kiosk, near the mega store. There is a re-print charge of £3 per paper match ticket
Will Season Ticket Holders need to apply for a Smartcard?
Your Season Ticket is also your Smartcard, so you don't need to apply. Your points will already be allocated to your card.
I'm a Season Ticket Holder, so my seat details are already allocated on my card, but I may sometimes like to sit else where, am I still able to do this?
You can change your season ticket seat if you are buying tickets for other people and you want to sit with them. There will be NO charge for moving your seat, as you are bringing your friends. Please contact the Sales Centre in advance of the match, we can not accommodate season ticket moves on match days.
